They find your site, tap call or text, or fill out the request form: name, phone, location, vehicle.

It lands in dispatch
The form request shows up in TowSpark as a New job, with a "New web request" alert in the app and an email to you.
Step 3
You dispatch
Assign a driver, send them the job, invoice when it is done. Nobody retypes the request.

How much does the bundle save?
Bought separately, TowSpark Sites is $199 a month and TowSpark Professional is $149 a month, $348 in total. Together they are $279 a month.
Do I need TowSpark dispatch to get a website?
No. TowSpark Sites is $199 a month on its own, and form requests are texted and emailed to you the minute they come in.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. It is month to month with no setup fee. Cancel by email and the site stays up through the end of the month you paid for.
Can I see my site before I pay?
Yes. Send your company name and city and we build a working preview from what you already have online, usually within one business day. The preview is free, and if you pass, you owe nothing.
Who owns my domain?
You do. It stays registered in your name and we never ask you to transfer it. You change two DNS records to point it at the new site, and you can point them somewhere else any time.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We keep every address your current site has, either as the same page or as a redirect to the right one, so Google does not find missing pages. We do not promise rankings.
What is not included?
Google Ads, SEO retainers, phone answering, social media posting, photography, and copywriting beyond cleaning up what we move over.
